Return Authorization:

Please do not send back any items without obtaining a valid RA number, as they may not be eligible for processing.
Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, item arrived damaged or defective).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing times.

Partial Refunds:
